1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using DARE., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

DARE. is an anti-procrastination and personal accountability application. Users sign daily contracts, complete focus sessions, and track their discipline through a scoring system. The app can optionally block selected apps using Apple's Screen Time APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DARE.

Contracts, proof of work entries, and 90-day letters are your content. We do not claim ownership. All user content is stored locally on your device.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer

DARE. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DARE. is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or medical treatment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxim Durand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
